Yasmin Ahmad shouldn't be allowed to make any movie again, ever!
I know people have been drooling over Sepet for months now, with its international achievement and all. But I simply don't get it! Well, everyone has a distinct taste in movies. And I'm not that picky. But still I hate hers. Gubra is still double triple disappointment for me. With the controversy and all, I'm not even impressed. Not even a little bit! I had my reason, trust me.
However, I still love all Yasmin's ads for Petronas. She should just continue making them, rather than movies. Totally a waste of time. Am I going to watch her movie in the future? Hmmm, no. Only if between life and death situation. But even that, I can still argue.
