It ended last week but for most people I know, they only got to watch the finale last Friday. Finally, everyone witnessed Boston Rob proposed Amber and who won that million bucks. So now, I'm free to tell.
Ok,
Survivor All-Stars. First, I have to say, this was one of my favorite Survivor series ever. For lots of reason. Obviously, 2 of my favorite survivors were back on the show; Colby and Ethan. They didn't make it to the final though but still, I continued to watch, without fail. Plus, I got another new guy to like; Boston Rob. Yeah yeah, I know everyone has different opinion about him, but what the hell, he played the game like no one ever played before. And to me, he deserved that million more than Amber. Lucky bitch!
And I like this phrase,
'It's just a game'.
When I watched Richard Hatch got the first million, I was like, no way! But after a while, I kinda get the game. And one word, fun! It kept me wonder who gonna be out, and who would stay til the end. It was totally unexpectable. And even though the person I wished to win million every season usually didn't win; except for Ethan, I'm still watching the show. Man, I'm lovin' it!
Of course the challenge are more or less the same, but they got different winner and each winner got different reward. It was great to watch someone lose and someone being a total ass-hole after winning the challenge. It was an exciting reality show, I tell ya.
And all-stars reunion part was the best! Unlike other reunions, this time, someone got a diamond ring on her finger, someone kneed and proposed, someone got another new car (lucky Shi Ann!), someone left the show because audiences booed her and someone even got another million! Man, it was like
wow! all the time.
And how could you forget Lex and Kathy's emotional speech in final tribal council. Gosh, are you kidding me?? They were totally fooling themselves! Like they've never backstabbed anyone! Really pathetic! Come on, people play to win! Not to make friends! At the end, someone got a million and of course, someone would get hurt. But hey, it was just a game. A great game, indeed!
And Jeff Probst. Jeff, don't you just love him?
So, Survivor number 9 is coming up. I'll be watching.
